The Xtra-vision FAI Schools 5-a-Side in Mayo was held on Friday, 7 May at the impressive surrounds of Milebush in Castlebar. The event was co-ordinated by FAI Development Officer Paul Byrne, Harry Canning and John Culhane.
53 schools comprising of 95 teams (57 boys, 38 girls) participated in the day-long event.
Thanks to Pat Quigley and Milebush Committee for their fantastic facilities.
Thanks also to Jeremy Dee and his team of FAS workers for the setting up of the pitches and organisation. Special thanks to the referees, players and teachers for their co-operation throughout the day.
